The Rochester Airport Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 1636 is proud to announce its endorsement of Sandra Doorley for Monroe County District Attorney. With more than 27 years as a prosecutor in Monroe County, Ms. Doorley has demonstrated her commitment to upholding the laws of our community and country.
Under her leadership, the District Attorney’s Office has worked with local law enforcement to not only prosecute those who commit crimes, but also to provide alternative sentencing for those that would benefit most from treatment options. Her office has successfully prosecuted several cases stemming from attacks on public safety personnel, earning the support of law enforcement and firefighter associations alike.
With this endorsement, our membership is once again supporting the best candidate with no regard for their political affiliation. Sandra Doorley’s work as Monroe County District Attorney has helped keep our community safe and we feel she is worthy of reelection.
